Thanks for reviewing this little bit of history... I was not paying attention to the insanity in Sacramento in 2019, so I was pretty clueless ....I did know about Event 201 but wasn't connecting the dots....so i was many months behind you and others in deciding "It's a scam" (scam is actually a pretty benign term for this epochal malfeasance.... where's my thesaurus when I need it....)

I think only a small number of us were paying attention to this kind of thing at the time. It's one of the reasons I don't have disdain for everyone who "didn't get it" right away. Now, sure. But if you hadn't been watching these monsters for a while, I can understand thinking it was all legit at the beginning.

Great article Bretigne! Needless to say, I've never even dabbled in Twitter. Facebook is bad enough!

Thanks! Yes, they're both traps - but I've managed to "train" myself not to scroll in FB. I mostly use it for staying in touch with groups, and posting my own stuff, but I don't "scroll" there.

Been too slammed to read this until now. "Devolution" in full swing (if one isn't aware of what that is they really are missing out).

TruthSocial has no censorship. I have posted anything, any URL, that FB, Twitter would freak at. Mind you I'm not doing clear spam, porn or other nonsense.

***I am seeing people "refusing to apply themselves" in this current era of our lives. What do I mean by that? Imagine you were trying out for dance, ballet, boxing, swimming, martial arts, football. Something that required you to put in an EFFORT to what? (Be more than you were).

Yet I don't see that when it comes to areas of life where people know next to nothing about it. What do I mean by "know"? Means to have experience, expertise, demonstrate finesse, able to explain how it works. In the case of dance, it means you have to demonstrate the ability to Tango, to lead or follow, to do the moves to music, to do it WELL.

Knowing means the above, it doesn't mean you "believe" you know what something "is". Watching a dance video isn't the same as dancing, is it? Repeating what Stu Peters said doesn't make one "smart".

Nobody wants to admit they've been put in a trance. That's for someone ELSE. What is a trance? In NLP it's when you are in a state that isn't conscious of the activity you are currently doing. We all do this when we're driving...we're day dreaming, on the phone, anything but listening for the sound of the engine, brakes, vibration of the car, is our speed fast enough-too fast, etc. We're in a "trance".

When we are blasted with "narratives" and we become enraptured with them, we develop beliefs. Being stuck in the belief so much that we can't be open to anything outside of it--and imagine down that path--yes you are in a "trance". I'm trained in NLP. I know from experience. I didn't watch a video of Tony Robbins.

Yet as Schopenhauer says, "Ridicule" is the response we all get. I am ridiculed by those with zero experience in NLP, let alone even heard of the thing. It's not like NLP is a big deal or anything. It's the closest thing we have to the operators manual for our mind. Yet nobody cares. "There goes Kerry again with that word thing again. Now how come other people don't believe what I believe???"

These people will argue with Bruce Lee over the philosophy and methods of fighting--because they saw a movie. Everybody is an EXPERT on everything....just ask them. I see nobody applying themselves to be wiser than they were before the New Normal (watching videos, reading articles is just data. It's watching Dance videos...you're NOT actually learning to dance, fight, swim, etc).

What does this have to do with what Bretigne wrote? Everything. CENSORSHIP. I am being censored by those around me. Oh sure they're pleasant, but nobody applies themselves to the ideas that I, a Bruce Lee of "thinking" propose. Nah, everybody "knows" it all.

Hence I just don't care about "it" anymore. Wiser people than I have warned us about it. Like Ayn Rand. Nah, read that, on to the next.

I don't see people expressing their truth. I see them censoring their own thoughts and responses so that they don't "offend" someone. Don't tell the economics expert that the math not only doesn't add up, it's infantile from a psychological perspective. Look that up. An "infant mind" is not maturing, it's retarding (falling back). This is what the "Education system" has created...infantile psyches. I'm not making this up...experts are saying it.

Try and get anything created or done today...you're dealing with morons and their flow charts of processes.

Beam me up. I've been censored.
