In March of 2020, just as the lockdowns, business closures and other authoritarian (and illegal) government responses to Covid-19 were beginning, I launched my podcast. This is what it’s all about. People should be free. People should be free to live their own lives. To decorate their homes as they choose, to plant their gardens, to run their own businesses. They should be free to read the books they want to and laugh at the jokes they want to. To grow their own food, to follow the recipes their grandmothers gave them, to eat and drink and smoke what they like. To choose for themselves what goes into their own bodies and those of their children–and what does not. To buy and sell what they like, and to trade with whomever they choose. They should be able to raise their children as they see fit, to wear the clothes that make them happy, and enjoy the quirky jokes and references that only they and their spouse, or their sister, or their best friend, get.
Good post. Yes, many of us are suffering from these blues on Valentines Day 2023. As Thomas Paine wrote about the desire for freedom is universal. His hopes for the American revolution have come to a screeching halt these days. But perhaps it isn't 100% dead and gone.
We have all just managed to survive, overcome and outgrow our educations. To real learning!
I'm very similar to Ayn Rand and Michael Tsarion. The first is dead and the second nobody has heard of.
The problem of "society" isn't the State. It's that the State is welcomed. Before the State was the monarchy, the BOSS, the protector.
Children are crushed into joining a "Crowd" to make them feel better about themselves. It can be religious to a criminal gang. From Q to "whitehats". Any political party. Or a sports fans. It becomes "I'm with them" to "I am ONE of them".
You lose your SELF when you join. Joining and working with are not the same. People will flock from one group to another..."protection by numbers". Feel important. Membership has its privileges (American Express chose those words on purpose).
The 1960s TV series "The Prisoner" explains it all. Very deep philosophical and psychological treatise.
**When is the last time you used a dictionary to understand what a word actually means? I'll bet 99.9% haven't used a dictionary in 10+ years. People throw around words without knowing what they're talking about.
1 - Feeling = emotional. Thinking is NOT emotional. Thinking is the deconstruction of a theory to its hypothesis to understand its fundamentals. This does not use vague terms. Humans talk using vague terms.

ANSWER: because you know how the trick WORKS in detail.
QUESTION: How can you NOT be fooled by all the "events happening" (pandemic, global warming, climate change, Ukraine, genders, rainbows, diversity, UFOs, Q, Whitehats, Hold The Line, etc)??
ANSWER: Because you know how your MIND works in detail as to why you are caught like a deer in the headlights to these "events".
I know people who are self proclaimed experts on everything and "feel" they don't need to understand how language programs the mind and how a personality from birth becomes molded to be an intelligent idiot or sheep (really the same thing).
You must challenge the narrative at the local level. I have been doing this and delegating to our city council regarding their vaccine policy. Trying to change the system from the top doesn't work. Just look what happened to the Trucker Convoy in ROTtawa. Yes local governments are corrupt but you have a much better chance of influencing at that level as there are still people driven by their moral compass. Yes you are putting yourself there and painting a target on your back....you will be the first taken. I really don't care anymore.
