The process itself is, not necessarily "easy" (you need to be very careful about how you formulate your NoL), but it is essentially the same for whoever you are sending it to. The key is that you must be able to show the contractual relationship (that they have attempted to contract with you), and that their actions/planned actions cause or will cause trespass or harm.
